Property Maintenance (Ref#001)

New Earth Estate, is a year-round retreat and event centre, located just outside of the village of Markdale. We are hiring Property Maintenance Person(s) who are the right fit, with no discrimination. This is a year round position and if you are willing to work a labour job, this could be for you.
Tasks include general labour, organizing, lawn and road maintenance, cleaning, repairs, simple construction, and assistance with projects as needed.
We accept your temporary cooperation if you cannot commit to a long-term project. This is a full time position as an independent contractor, and pay would be hourly, based on your skills and experience.
Requirements:
Must be able to handle up to 23 kg (50lbs)
Manual dexterity
Ability to accurately read text and follow instructions
Ability to work on your own and as needed with others
Dedicated, articulate and attention to detail
Some tasks requires using tractor which requires experience
